Shipping policy

Every iWaifu order is printed after you check out. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Delivery has two steps: production, then Standard shipping.

Processing
Most orders enter production within 1 business day and are printed in 2–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not production days. Peak season and quality reprints can add time.

Standard shipping (after it leaves the printer)

United States (lower 48): 2–5 business days in transit
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories: often 7–12 extra business days
International: 10–30 business days in transit, plus customs

U.S.: about 7–12 business days from purchase
International: about 12–37 business days from purchase

Cost
Calculated at checkout. Printify Standard usually starts around $4.75 for the first U.S. item, less for each extra item to the same address. International costs more. A case and a bikini in one cart may ship as two packages.

Tracking
Sent when the printer hands the package off. Domestic tracking can sit quiet up to 5 business days; international up to 7. Some U.S. Standard deliveries go to a post office or locker instead of the door.

We don’t ship to
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk, Gaza.

Address
Latin characters only. Line 1 max 35 characters, line 2 max 30. Phone number required for international. U.S. PO Boxes at your risk; no PO Boxes outside the U.S. Address cannot be changed once production starts.

Customs
Duties and import tax are the buyer’s. They are not in the iWaifu total.

Lost or stuck
Wait 10 business days after the shipped email (15 international), then contact us with the order number.

I did not promise free shipping or Express. Express on Printify is basically tees only, so don’t offer it on cases. If your Shopify rates are marked up above Printify’s $4.75, change that one sentence to match what checkout actually charges.
